DIANE YANCEY FEATURED ARTIST FOR JUNE AT THE DOG RIVER LIBRARY
Yancey started her photography career as a young adult when she had the good fortune of studying under a gifted artist who taught her composition and light. In 2002, she began to study film photography. She believes that good composition and beautiful light remain the foundation of an outstanding image, whether the photograph is shot using film or digital media. Ms. Yancey has photographed a wide range of subjects, including penguins in Antarctica and flowers and birds in her own yard.
The exhibit is open to the Public at any time the Dog River Library is open through June 28th. The Dog River Library is located at 6100 Georgia Highway 5.
