JUST A FEW OF THE ACTIVITIES THAT WILL BE GOING ON:  If you are interested in participating in the parade, a vendor booth, or being part of the entertainment please contact City Hall at 770-832-1622 ext. 1 or 770-832-0056 ext.104.  We are also looking for individuals to demonstrate activities in ways that were used long ago.

* Demonstrations of how things were done back when…

* Biscuits & Coffee Served in the Community Center starting at 7 am.

* Cake Walk:  $1.00 per game

* Chicken Drop 50/50 Contest Sponsored by the Mt. Zion Public Library.  Tickets go on sale September 24th for $10.00.  Only 100 tickets will be sold.  Call Vicki Sizemore at 770-832-0056 ext. 104 for more details.  

* FREE Family Games: Hay Bale Hurlin, Chicken Chunkin, & Watermelon Seed Spittin, Sack Race, Horseshoes, Tug of War, Corn Hole

* FREE Youth Games: Hola Hoop, Putt Putt (hole in one), Football Throw, Pick-Up-Ducks—Prizes awarded.

* Car Bash & Knife Throw:  Police Department

* Quilt Raffle tickets on sale now at the Community Center and City Hall.  $3.00 each or 2 for $5.00

* Old Car Show

* Meet O’Neill Williams of “O’Neill Outside: Fishing Show”
